Full-time role for an experienced Estimator with property maintenance experience to join this dynamic company near Parsons Green in Fulham. This is a full-time role with plenty of space for career growth.

Do you have experience as an estimator in a property maintenance sector? Are you looking for a great opportunity?

Great package of C£35,000 basic and a discretionary monthly bonus of £250.

The company is a responsive, 5* Rated, up-market property maintenance business offering the highest levels of workmanship, coupled with the highest levels of customer service and transparency. Their clients mostly comprise of the Super-Prime sector in CentralLondon (zone 1). They are growing very fast and are looking for a new team-member to grow with them.

Your main duty will be providing competitive quotations for both the Private and Corporate departments. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with suppliers and engineers to ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standard. Quotationscan involve full refurbishments to repair works over a multitude of trades.

You must have a positive attitude, great communication skills, looking for a challenge and an excellent eye for detail.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To provide quotations based on information provided by on site engineer reports/surveys
- Monitor daily quotation requests and ensure engineers are providing necessary information to produce quotations
- Knowledge and experience quoting a range of refurbishment and repair works across a multitude of trades. Quotations to be produced up to £10K for approval by Engineering director
- To build strong relationships with suppliers and engineers /subcontractors covering a variety of disciplines such as decorators, builders, electricians and plumbers
- Strong negotiation skills to provide competitive costs to customers
- Manage workload and keep customers up to date on quotations. Great communication skills to provide updates and answer relevant questions during the quotation processes.
- Meet deadlines and achieve KPIs to ensure customer service levels are delivered at high standard
- Provide detailed information to build the quotation and prepare detailed handover to relevant department once accepted.
- Reporting directly to Engineering director who specialises in M&E

**Essential Requirements**
- Experience from a property maintenance and repair background is essential
- Experience of producing detailed quotations with competitive costs
- Good understanding of industry with strong ability to negotiate
- Attention to detail, can work independently and prioritise workload
- Has a Proactive, hands-on approach
- Strong written and communication skills with focus on delivering high quality customer service
- Outstanding problem-solving ability and strong decision-making skills
