**About the position**

As a growing organisation we have an exciting opportunity for a **Field based Maintenance & repairs Supervisor **to join our Team.

This is a hands-on multi-skilled property maintenance supervisor role which involves overseeing and managing a team of operatives whilst being hands on and performing general maintenance and repairs of properties alongside the rest of the team. The position involves commuting to job - job daily.

You will be first point of contact for the company directors and management. Overseeing your team; You will have direct client and customer contact, monitoring the progress of teams on site and taking quick and effective action to maintain both high productivity levels and client / customer satisfaction. Meeting our clients agreed KPI's.

Supporting the office team with Coordinating the field team; Implementing Health & Safety systems, company policies and procedures, toolbox talks, and quality control for your team. Leading and supervising the team to ensure delivery of excellent customer service and quality jobs that exceed client expectations every time.

You will also serve as a point of contact when there are customer issues complaints and escalations. related to quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site. Effectively and fairly dealing with any complaints and escalations following our policies procedures and escalation points.

**Key Skills**:

- Technical Knowledge and ability to perform and monitor quality property repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Ability to perform and monitor quality of property cleans including builders cleans and sparkle cleans on void properties in preparation for sale.
- Knowledge of the industry, including trades, materials, processes, and safety.
- Team leader skills, as well as able to work well in a team.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence and empower.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Be positive and enthusiastic in their approach to work and take Pride in delivering high quality standards.
- The ability to communicate effectively at levels adequate with role, both verbally and in writing.

**Desirable attributes**:

- Relevant accreditations/ certificates will be considered.
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- Specialist Trades Skills in Maintenance/ Repairs**:

- First Aid

**Requirements**:

- Hold a clean valid UK driving licence.
- Hold a valid CSCS card.

Pay: £120.00-£140.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
