**ABOUT US**

The Optimal Group is a mixed use and residential development company operating across London and Southern England.

Our skilled and expertise team delivers from beginning to completion We are responsible for all elements of the development and investment process. From land sourcing and acquisition, securing planning, design and build, through to property maintenance and asset management.

**THE ROLE**

We are a looking to expand our team and we are seeking to recruit a dynamic Estimator.

You will deliver exceptional customer service and support the Maintenance team.

**KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Writing detailed quotes based on the Engineers reports.
- Ensuring quotes are sent within 24 hours.
- Ensuring quotes have a step by step description to ensure the clients and engineers of the steps required to carry out the job.
- Report daily on the number of quotes and value of quotes sent.
- Chase sub-contractors for reports on a daily basis.
- Deal with queries straight away with any quotes.
- Chase quotations to gain feedback and update eWorks.
- Answering phone calls in a professional and polite manner.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE**
- Experience working within a maintenance company.
- Experience of using Work, Excel etc.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- A good re-call/memory of ongoing jobs.
- Quick learner and eager to learn.
