**Mixture of Nightshift contracts and Dayshifts**

Jordan loves going out for long walks and drives in his car. A typical day could be going to the shops to ensure Jordan has all the essentials he needs, or even just to have a wander around his local community. Jordan also loves going out for long drives in his car to seaside places and getting a chippy by the water. Jordan lives in his own home and receives support at all times. He requires support with medication, meals and personal care. Shift pattern is in 12hr shifts from 9am - 9pm dayshift and waking nightshift from 9pm - 9am.

Each person we support has different support needs, so your role as Support Worker may include assisting them with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support whilst expanding their social networks and connections.
