KiddyKare are recruiting an experienced manager to join a nursery in High Wycombe. The company are taking over a well-established setting with lovely surroundings. This is position is for 38 hours a week with a competitive salary.

What we need from you:
Previous managerial experience
NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or higher
Firm understanding of the EYFS
Solid safeguarding knowledge
Passion, dedication, and drive

Your duties will include:
Ensure that the training, support, mentoring and supervision the staff team inspires and leads ambitious practice
Create a safe, caring, and welcoming setting in which parents are happy to entrust their child.
Provide a stimulating and enabling environment that will support and encourage
Be alert to issues of safeguarding, ensuring that the welfare and safety of the children and the adults is paramount
Market the nursery, aiding the nursery to reach capacity
Maintain high standards across the nursery
