Perry is a leading online retailer of school uniform. We provide high quality garments, some of which are designed and made onsite here in Leeds, to schools, clubs and universities across the country and beyond

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for a customer service advisor to join our team over the busy summer period until the end of October.

Your main duties will include:

- Answering incoming calls from customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering and re-directing calls from suppliers, schools or universities
- Providing updates to customers relating to orders or deliveries
- Genuine, respectful and accountable
- Works well in a fast paced environment
- Remains calm and focussed with internal and external customers
- Not afraid to ask for help

What do you need?
- Track record of providing excellent customer service over the phone

**What will you get in return?**
- An hourly rate up to £9.50
- 40 hours per week with a predominantly Monday to Friday working pattern
- 20 days holiday - please note that we operate a companywide holiday block throughout the months of August and September
- Free onsite parking
