Stay informed about the company’s products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed. Support the team in achieving service level agreements and performance targets. Contribute to a positive customer experience by maintaining a polite and professional approach at all times. The Successful Applicant A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have: Previous experience in a customer service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar systems. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused mindset. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information. Can commit to an immediate start temp to perm role.
