**The Role**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist/Facilities Co-ordinator to join us at our newly renovated and stylish head office in Harrogate Town Center. Providing an efficient and professional service to assist our colleagues and visitors being the first point of contact.
It’s an exciting time to be joining Jigsaw Insurance, as we continue to expand the team and provide a range of products and services to in excess of 200,000 customers. We operate a culture of continuous improvement, you will be encouraged to share ideas, help find solutions and where appropriate you will own these ideas through to implementation. This ethos promotes creativity throughout the business and ensures we do not rest on our laurels.
**This is a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months, working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Travel bookings and accommodation for colleagues.
- Diary management for Senior Management.
- Provide an ongoing and up to date Facilities budget which includes costings for stationery, office furniture, annual air conditioning contract, cleaning contract and general office maintenance.
- Assist Manager with Company Events.
- General Health & Safety
- General Housekeeping
- Lead on Wellbeing Champion
**Experience**:
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- Capable of working individually, as well as part of a team
- Accurate with attention to detail
- Ability to work within a busy environment and be comfortable with a hands-on role
