We are looking for a Logistics Co-Ordinator at CLOUD NINE, who as the first point of contact will be responsible for liaising with our global logistics partners and internal teams on a day to day basis. It will be the Logistics Co-Ordinator’s main task to ensure smooth operational process and order fulfilment. This will be achieved by actively reviewing and improving KPIs and performance as well as proactive planning with internal and external partners.

This is a permanent full-time role, based at the Harrogate HQ. Flexibility will be provided to accommodate any regular early and late working hours if required.

**Main Duties**
- Work with CLOUD NINE 3PL operations to ensure they will pick, pack(label) and dispatch retail partners orders correctly and in accordance with the delivery requirements and schedules per individual customer. These delivery requirements are provided and maintained by the CLOUD NINE Sales team.
- Be the main and day-to-day liaison between the logistics partners and CLOUD NINE sales as well as Customer Experience teams.
- Liaise with CLOUD NINE 3PL operation as well as delivery carriers to ensure B2C orders are delivered within the agreed SLAs and standards. This includes reviewing and actioning exception reports to improve the operational performance.
- Proactively collect, interpret and maintain KPI data to ensure CLOUD NINE has optimal visibility over logistics performance.
- Liaise with the Supply Chain team to identify required physical stock movements and organise these physical stock movements between CLOUD NINE own facilities and 3PLs (or between 3PLs).
- Notify the CLOUD NINE Finance team when retail partner orders are dispatched and obtain and share PODs once retail partners orders been delivered.
- Track, manage and forecast any consumables required for a smooth running of the operation.
- Support the Supply Chain team in their responsibility of stock accuracy by investigating any stock discrepancy as well as liaising with all logistics partners when required.
- Maintain the highest standards for the quality of logistics processes and the documentation of these.
- Resolve any arising problems, or complaints associated with the management of the department and its activities, providing guidance.
- Support the Supply Chain & Operations Director in managing efficient management of the logistics and deliver partners.

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Ideally 2-3 years’ experience within the logistics industry, dealing with 3PLs, delivery carriers and working with retail partners.
- You are driven and use data to improve operational efficiencies and service levels.
- Experience in excel and with ERPs (preferably NetSuite).
- You are enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
- You have great attention to detail and are reliable, honest, and trustworthy.
- You are determined and pride yourself on taking ownership.
- Willingness to learn new skills and develop with the company.
