The role can be challenging so patience and empathy are key. But as a Senior Support worker, the rewards can be so much bigger than the challenges. You will support with all aspects of daily living including social based activities. You really will make a positive difference to people’s lives.

You’ll be joining our team, both locally and nationally and we’ll support you every step of the way.

**We need you to be **resilient, supportive and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people. Being a support worker takes bravery, patience and commitment. But working with autistic people gives so much more in return.

**You may have **a personal connection, a desire to work with or real life experiences working with autistic people. **You might not have lots of experience yet,** but if you share our valuesand are willing to make a difference to the lives of autistic people, we’d love to hear from you.

**We are looking for ** Senior Support Workers in our residential service in Great Harwood. You will be part of a network of experienced colleagues, developing autism and person centred specific approaches, enabling individuals to live independently and to lead the life they choose.

**Driver desirable.**

**Working hours**:Your working pattern will be over seven days and could include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays. All shifts are across all 7 days of the week, 365 day a year.

**Salary: £10.50 per hour**
