Office Angels are currently recruiting for an **Office Administrator** on behalf of an established company based in Trafford Park. This is a full-time, permanent position. The starting salary for this role will be between £20,000-£22,000. The position will be based in their Trafford Park office for 37.5 hours per week. They offer a company pension contribution plus 23 days annual leave.

As the Office Administrator you will be responsible, but not limited to, the administrative duties associated with the role.

The main duties and responsibilities for this role will be as follows:

- To deliver exceptional customer service to all clients
- Coherent communication with clients - electronically & face-to-face
- Data entry - maintaining client database
- Strict time management skills
- Observing and maintaining supplies
- Overseeing and processing client orders
- Organising inbound / outbound mail
