HR SAP Specialist

Position: HR SAP Specialist
Location: fully home based
Contract: up to 3 months initially
Day rate: £500 - £600 per day OUTSIDE IR35
Hours: Full time

We are currently looking for an experienced HR SAP Specialist on a fully remote basis to support through problem solving on the HR SAP & Payroll system.

Responsibilities of the HR SAP Specialist:

- Process Payroll activities with a high degree of specialism in Time Management
- Act as the expert on time management topics being seen as a specialist contact for all HR systems and payroll issues.
- Perform problem analysis and resolution where required
- Monitor accuracy of payroll data - i.e. the correct and accurate administration of deductions and allowances to ensure that all payroll data is accurate as dictated by Group guidelines and policies as well as relevant employment legislation.
- Provide advice in preparation phases of new working time models and shift patterns in respect to any technical issues surrounding the implementation of new models in HR systems
- Performing detailed time management analysis and document preparation e.g. for the resolution of time related problems or management reporting
- Provide technical expertise to HRM and internal departments to ensure consistent adherence to guidelines and policies.
- Ensure process documentation is always created and kept up to date.
- Act as the expert on Time topics answering complex queries and supporting other team members with processes.
- Provide refresher training to the team
- Take ownership for investigating, analysing and raising the required tickets within area of expertise.

Skills required of the HR SAP Specialist:

- Strong analytical skills and organized in a problem-solving environment
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies, instruments and systems
- Minimum of 5 years UK Payroll/Benefits/Time Experience
- Experience of working both cross-function and/or internationally
- Ability to work independently and able to adopt a proactive approach
- Minimum of 5 years' experience of SAP HR
