Role – We are seeking an experienced SAP PMR Functional Consultant to design, build, and implement complex retail solutions. This role focuses on optimizing the SAP Promotion Management for Retail (PMR) module, ensuring effective promotion management, real‑time insights, and enhanced customer experience. You will work closely with client stakeholders, IT teams, and process owners to deliver robust, scalable solutions that align with business requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, build, configuration, and implementation of SAP PMR solutions. Implement and optimize SAP PMR for promotion management, data analysis, and automation. Develop and execute end‑to‑end test scenarios and test cases. Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, providing system solutions aligned with retail needs. Facilitate workshops to gather, validate, and document requirements. Act as a liaison with clients, troubleshooting issues and ensuring solution integrity. Collaborate with IT and business process owners to ensure template adherence and manage localization requirements. Validate proposed solution changes and assess impacts, translating requirements into RICEFW objects. Support deployment teams during prepare/fit‑gap phases and lead fit‑gap workshops. Create/review functional specs, interface requirements, test scenarios, and training materials for localization. Key Skills 10–12 years’ IT services/products experience. 8+ years’ SAP Retail Functional experience (with strong expertise in SAP PMR). Hands‑on experience across end‑to‑end SAP implementation phases. Strong client‑facing experience – leading workshops and managing stakeholders. Proven ability to assess, manage, and deliver configuration changes. Strong communicator, collaborative team player with onsite/offshore coordination.
