**Location**:

- Flexible (agile) but preferred to be based in the south of England, near regional hubs (Durham, Skipton, Leeds, Shifnal, Newport, Reading, Peterborough).**What you will be doing**:

- **Accelerate Digital Transformation**: Support MMB and JNB businesses by embedding digital processes and technology.
- **Accountability**: Responsible for digital delivery performance, measured by adoption and business-impact targets.
- **Cutting-Edge Digital Delivery**: Work with the latest hardware and software in a design and construction business.
- **Expert Resource**: Be accessible and visible to operational teams.
- **Client Support**: Help clients in their digital transformation by aligning projects and initiatives with their desired outcomes.

**Who we’re looking for**
- **Digital advocate**: Passionate about expanding digital delivery and convincing others to adopt it.
- **Experience**: Proven track record in delivering projects using digital technology.
- **Knowledge**: Project technology landscape in digital construction.
- **Engagement Skills**: Ability to engage diverse groups, from site workers to directors.

**The essentials**- Higher education to degree level or equivalent
- Proficiency in Office 365 and commitment to using technologies effectively
- Can evidence project management experience
- Strong communication skills

**Optional** **(one or more) **
- Experience as a site manager, engineer, or surveyor using technologies like total stations, GPS, LiDAR, etc.
- Design experience with Autodesk BIM Software (e.g., Revit, Civil 3D, Plant 3D, Navisworks).
- Experience with ESRI ArcGIS or similar GIS systems.
- Data science background or experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI.
- Automation background or experience with programming languages like Python or tools like Dynamo.
