**MacGregor Black**is currently partnering with a**leading Health & Beauty brand**on the search for a **Digital Creative Lead.**This is a 6-month contract role based in**Reading.**

As the **Digital Creative Lead**, you will accelerate the growth of the eCommerce business. It will be a great opportunity for a digital designer to come and build on existing success. We are looking for an entrepreneurial visionary, who cancreate design concepts that not only tell a story but travels across digital channels and inspires consumers to purchase. You will be a true leader but also be a team player, as you will be a mentor to mid-weight and junior designers. This is a pivotal andstrategic role in the Design Team as well as the eCommerce team as you will own the eCommerce workstream across digital channels (D2C, Amazon, Pureplay).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- A digital native with strengths in UX and how to deliver seamless onsite experiences for customers.
- Mentor and coach Junior and Mid-Weight Designers, providing inspiration and guidance in best practice UI, UX as well as industry trends, developments, processes, and programs, managing workflow and planning to deliver to set deadlines
- Ensure all assets and projects are delivered on time and on-brand.
- Someone to work alongside the wider team to deliver effective digital campaigns, driving engagement and sales through digital-first creative.
- A confident liaison to develop site content alongside your international counterparts, working across multiple regions to deliver online shopping experiences that are on brand and aligned with each territory.
- Oversee the continual analysis of competitor activity across content, journey, and digital marketing channels.
- Ensure all digital creative and front-end content produced is on brand, passes accessibility, is user-centric and meets all industry-standard best practices.
- Be a key stakeholder in the strategic development of innovative digital projects, user experience, user journey as well campaign launches.
- Work closely with Ecommerce Managers to deliver engaging and consistent designs across marketing channels to ensure site content and enhancements maximise sales opportunities and positively impact site conversion.
- Work closely with development and project teams, ensuring seamless design hand-off and protecting pixel-perfect consistency across all builds.
- Produce creative guideline documentation (cross-market), templates and systems to improve design processes as well as ensure third parties are following brand standards to produce marketing assets.

**What are we looking for?**
- An entrepreneurial leader, a team player to coach other members of the design team.
- Experience managing a design team and strong stakeholder management.
- Understanding of UX, UI and Performance Marketing.
- Experience in eCommerce digital design - Website, Amazon and ideally Pureplay (desirable but not essential).
- Proficient across Adobe Creative SuiteProficient in prototyping software, XD/Sketch/Figma.
- Experience in Jira, Trello and Agile Project Management.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript.
- Experience in E-Commerce and Digital Marketing.
- Driven, self-motivated and dependable, hardworking and organised with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to see beyond the barriers that can prevent an entrepreneurial approach.
- Shopper/Consumer focussed whilst staying on brand and telling the brand story.
- Confident, clear, communicative with strong presentation standards.
- Ability to manage a varied workload and content/promotional calendar.
