**Working hours**: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday (8am - 4pm, OR 9am - 5pm) - flexible working arrangements, may be available, depending upon individual circumstances.
**Location**:Milton Keynes, however, we operate a flexible policy which means that you decide what works best for you If that means working from home, then work from home. If you prefer to work in an office then you're welcome to work from the office. **For this particular role, we ask that you be available to visit our Milton Keynes, Store Support Centre for 2 days per week (Tuesday & Wednesday) - this may increase to 3/4 days per week for short periods in the run-up to our peak season.**
**Salary**:_£40,000 - £48,000 (DOE) plus bonus earning potential_**
**Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)**:
- Shaping our reward and benefit strategy/offer to ensure our team members love and connect with our reward offer.
- Looking for creative and cost-effective ways to drive connection through engagement, equality, inclusion, recognition, and reward.
- Effective in both communication and collaboration, working across teams and with external partners to understand needs, and manage stakeholders and expectations in an easy-to-understand, meaningful and actionable way.
- Using your business acumen, connecting insight and analytics you will describe how this will help drive us forward, why it matters and measure the outcomes of change.
- Leading on Listening through quarterly engagement surveys, listening groups, informing on focus areas, and monitoring our progress on culture change.
- Providing advice on everything engagement, reward, and benefits across the business.
- Providing data and analysis so we can take action that matters e.g. managing the delivery of our Gender pay gap reporting.
**About You**:
- Experience and passion for working in a fast-paced environment where change is part of the culture.
- 2+ years of experience in a HR Engagement & Reward or a broader role that encompasses engagement & reward.
- Experience of designing and developing positive culture and engagement activities including engagement surveys.
- Experienced communicator with proven ability to influence, drive change, and challenge key stakeholders when required.
- Working knowledge of all elements of reward such as bonus, pay, pay grading, salary benchmarking, benefits e.g. pensions, PMI, benefits platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and a drive to improve our processes and ways of working.
