Cattles Specialist Woodwork is looking for a trainee woodwork manufacturer to join the team, a good opportunity for a rewarding career in woodwork. The successful applicant must be well organised, have good communication skills and a strong attention to detail. The position will initially consist of assembling and finishing of hardwood glazing bead frames, before being assessed for training as a saw operative, which will involve working to very tight tolerances and ensuring that each order is correctly processed. Experience in woodwork, engineering or manufacturing would be an advantage but is not essential. All applicants must be 18 or over for insurance purposes. Own transport is also required due to location.

There will be a three-month probation period to assess your suitability. As a trainee, your pay will be reviewed annually in line with your progress and development. Operating hours are 8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. Overtime is also often available.
