**Responsibilities not limited to: -**
- Contributing to the production of timber door sets
- machining Using beam saw, edgebander, sander, CNC and other production machinery including power tools
- Assembly of timber-frames and door sets
- Assisting with other elements of the build process where required
- Working to tight deadlines and to KPIs
- Working well under pressure without compromising on quality, keeping your work area clean and tidy
- Always working safely, operating all equipment safely including Forklift and reporting any issues/faults with machinery immediately
- Undertake any training when necessary
- Follow working instructions and any other documentation to do with the manufacturing process
- Actively take part in continuous improvement

**Essential Skills**:

- Previous experience in a woodwork environment is a must
- Knowledge of other machines like Edge banders, beam saw, Sanders and understanding of Woodwork operations in general
- Able to use power tools
- Strong wood work skills
- Willingness to work as part of a team and able to work alone
- Be able to follow company process
- Ability to problem-solve issues when they arise
- A keen eye for detail and quality of work
- Engage positively with continuous improvement
- Basic Health & Safety and understanding of machine safety
- Able to use your initiative to ensure you are kept busy
- Possess good communication skills
- Have a good work ethic and be willing to learn
- Able to work to targets

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Milton Keynes, MK12 6HP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Work Location: One location
