UK Catering is an online catering equipment company.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Take incoming sales orders by telephone
- Process telephone and web orders
- Liaise with clients to confirm timings and access requirements for delivery
- Develop relationships and improve communication with existing customers
- Handle customer service issues professionally and follow them through to resolution
- Update prices and products on the website.

Usually 25 hours per week (with occasional overtime to cover for holidays, as needed). Days/times to be agreed with the team.
20 days paid holiday pro rata.
Central Brighton office
