Lextons are looking to employ an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join their busy flagship Hove office.

Working hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm.

**Responsibilities**
- Answering phone calls
- Filling
- Ordering office supplies
- Greeting and assisting walk-in customers
- Organising the office files
- Supporting the sales team
- Maintaining office appearance
- Creating property details
- Monitoring window display rotation
- Chasing outstanding documents
- Maintaining spreadsheets

**Requirements**:

- Administration experience
- Good telephone manner
- Excellent organisational skills
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Willing to learn
- Able to work in a fast-past environment
- Excellent punctuality and timekeeping
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Office computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Professional office appearance
