Administrative Assistant - Job Description

The Role
We are looking for an excellent communicator who is highly organised and flexible. This role is to support day-to-day administrative duties, to co-ordinate a wide range of company activities and to work closely with the Office Manager.

The Duties
Office Management
- Administrative support - assist with tasks that ensure projects run smoothly including raising quotations, processing sales orders, raising delivery notes, receipting goods in and liaising with the logistics team
- Paperwork - filing, scanning and shredding
- Customer updates - keep customers updated about their projects
- Customer intimacy - build our connection with clients via personalised communications largely related to milestones

Qualities & Skills Required
- High level of organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage your time well
- Flexible and willing to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum 4 x GCSE at Grade C or above including maths and English
- Minimum 1 year Admin experience in a similar role
