Administrator/ Co-ordinator

Our client an accountancy business, are looking for a Coordinator to join their People team.
This role will is a key supporting role, working alongside the Accounting, Project Management and Human Resourcing teams to ensure the smooth running of the teams by co-ordinating and driving all aspects of the employee lifecycle including co-ordination ofkey operational priorities.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Build and maintain strong internal relationships with Human Resources to ensure a smooth and swift response to recruitment.**:
- **Provide recruitment oversight and drive recruitment processes (i.e business case preparation, job requisitions, CV analysis, ensure timely interview/feedback process)**:
- **Drive an efficient and positive onboarding experience (i.e onboarding communications, support to People Managers/buddies, driving onboarding feedback process)**:
- **Coordination and monitoring of key operational activities (training contracts,)**:
- **Support the development and roll out of additional non accounting training (i.e L&D support, interview training)**:
- **Data analysis (for example, running reports from HR system on training completion and analysing result).**:
- **Document & information management (i.e All staff lists, recruitment and flexible working tracker, holidays, birthdays, mandatory training)**:
- **You will be supported with job specific training and other development opportunities.
