Lostock Skip Hire Ltd are seeking a highly motivated Office Administrator to work in a fast-paced environment at our Horwich based depot.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual, who can show initiative and work quickly and efficiently to support both our team and our clients.
Lostock Skip Hire Ltd offer a standard working week, Monday - Friday - 9am-5pm and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8.30am to 12.00pm, in which will be paid at time and a half.
We offer 28 days holiday, pension, and onsite parking.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Reporting directly to the planning director.
- Good communication and engaging telephone manner.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Supporting an inclusive and welcoming environment.
- Managing queries.
- Be able to think quickly and solve problems as they arise.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Microsoft office skills.
- Confident, proactive attitude.
- Have experience in a similar role.
- Be highly organised, able to multitask and prioritise tasks.
- This is a very diverse role for someone who is highly organised with the ability to multitask and able to prioritise workload based on need.
- Be a strong communicator.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
£12 p/h + Saturdays at £18.00 per hour.
**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
