**Job Summary/Support Provided**
Hours of work are flexible, between 20 and 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Salary £11.80 per hour, to be reviewed after successful probation period.
As a result of increased demand for our case management services, we are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to provide the high quality of service and input we are known for.

We are instructed by solicitors to carry out a collaborative process which assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates the options and services required to meet an individual’s health, social care, educational, and employment needs, using communication and available resources to promote quality, cost, and effective outcomes. Case Management is a process devoted to the coordination, rehabilitation, care and support of people with complex clinical needs, following accident or injury. It aims to facilitate independence and improve quality of life for individuals living within the community.
The administration team are an integral part of the business and their job is to ensure the smooth running of the office to enable the case managers and case manager assistants to fulfil their role with the clients.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities of the Position**

The post holder will be responsible for typing information into our database from various sources. You will also be required to provide efficient and high-quality administrative support. You will perform a variety of administrative tasks. For this position, you should be able to use your organisational skills to manage your office space and your time in a fast-paced environment. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ultimately, you should be able to support our senior managers and ensure our day-to-day office operations run smoothly.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- inputting data into internal systems
- updating spreadsheets
- proof read, format, and finalise reports to send externally
- answer occasional phone calls, take and relay messages
- implement office policies and procedures and adhere to agreed processes
- use of a variety of software packages such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- take meeting minutes when required
- adhoc tasks as required
**Personal Specification - Essential**
**Experience**
- relevant experience within an administrative role
- experience of accurately inputting data into database
- experience of updating spreadsheets
- experience of proof reading and formatting documents
**Knowledge**
- awareness of the principles of confidentiality and data protection regulations
- knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
**Skills**
- written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English language
- ability to multitask and be adaptable to the needs of the role, team, and company
- planning, organising, time management, and prioritisation of tasks
- excellent attention to detail

**Personal Specification - Desirable**
- relevant administration qualification
- experience of using Mac operating systems
- experience of attending meetings, taking, and distributing minutes
- experience in working in a case management company, therapy company, care agency or law firm, and/or experience in the health and social care industry
**Annual leave entitlement**
- 28 days inclusive of bank holidays
- Paid birthday leave
- After 1 years service, you will receive an additional day of annual leave for each year of completed service (upto a maximum of 5 days)
