**Are you looking for a Administration role that offers variety with an stable organisation?**
**We have an immediate opportunity working for an Office Administrator to support the HR Function at one of our clients based in Bolton town centre. This is an on-going temporary role, paying a competitive rate of £10.16 per hour. Working full timehours.**
**What will you be doing as a Office Administrator?**
- Supporting the HR function
- Updating the portal with employee information
- Updating and chasing references
- Liaising with recruiting managers on vacancies
- Advertising new vacancies and writing adverts
- Posting of adverts
- Providing administration to other managers within the team
- Typing up documents, letters and other correspondence
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Ad hoc minuting or taking notes of meetings
**We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience**:
- Have worked in office administration roles
- Are a self starter, bubbly and motivated
- Has had any HR roles or wanting to gain experience in HR
