The purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of excellent services to victims of Stalking across the South Wales area ensuring that the overall aim of helping people cope and recover from the effects of crime is achieved. With responsibility for supporting a caseload of victims within the service you will be required to provide all reasonable and appropriate support as necessary. In addition the role has responsibility for maintaining strong links with key stakeholders and partners that feed into the continuous development and success of the project, and achievement of outcomes for the victims of crime.

Mae dyddiadau'r rhaglen hyfforddi wedi'u nodi isod a byddai'n amodol bod yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn gallu mynychu pob sesiwn. Mae'n ofyniad y rôl y bydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn meddu ar Gymhwyster Rheolwr ISAC Achrededig.

**Job Purpose**:
Ensuring the delivery of excellent services to victims in accordance with the service specification and performance targets. Supporting and managing operational staff, ensuring that the overall aim of supporting clients is achieved.

The role will work collaboratively with the Operations Manager/Management team, in order to achieve the implementation of business plan and the development of the service to maximise positive outcomes for clients.

This role will focus on the performance management of direct line reports including the allocation/auditing of cases and the collation of service performance reports, measuring KPIs and quality compliance.

Bydd y rôl hon yn canolbwyntio ar reoli perfformiad staff darostyngol llinell uniongyrchol gan gynnwys dyrannu/archwilio achosion a choladu adroddiadau perfformiad gwasanaeth, mesur DPA a chydymffurfiaeth ansawdd.
