We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities professional in our centre team at McArthurGlen East Midlands Designer Outlet.

**What you'll be doing...**

Embedded in the existing team, you will assist in providing a pro-active, efficient and effective management of health and safety, maintenance, cleanliness, as well as security service for the centre. You will ensure that customer satisfaction is maximisedand high standards for the centre are always set and maintained.

**To be successful you’ll bring...**
- Ideally you have a technical qualification i.e. IOSH, NEBOSH or equivalent
- You have knowledge of local legislation and facilities in a commercial environment
- You have project management experience
- You have building standards knowledge
- You have excellent communication skills
- IT skills: Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
