Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our prestigious Wiltshire based client who are looking for a **Maintenance and Facilities Manager** on a permanent basis.

**What you will be doing**:
In this key role within the business, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance of buildings and services across several sites.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Building inspections and operations to determine vital services, repairs and maintenance requirements
- Management of contract cleaning, waste management, security, pest control and other associated functions
- The establishment and management of plant maintenance programmes to legal/ISO4001 requirements
- Facilities and maintenance cost management to budgets/targets, reporting to the Board
- Sourcing, negotiating terms and managing new suppliers
- Management of a team of staff including training and development

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Experience of working within a similar role or a technical, electrical, or mechanical related qualification
- Understanding of building and H&S regulations
- IOSH (NEBOSH ideally)
- Excellent IT and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills as you will be dealing with a number of internal and external stakeholders
