Maintenance Assistant/ Handyman

**_About the role, what will I be doing?_**

1. Have a full understanding of Eisi Hotel.

2. Daily patrol of all public areas, replacing defective lamps, as necessary.

3. Carry out general administration duties, as required.
- Implement and maintain all energy saving devices, within the hotel, in collaboration, with the Maintenance Manager / Assistant Maintenance Manager.

5. Assist other Maintenance staff to accomplish maintenance tasks.

6. Record all materials used and inform the Maintenance Office of any spares and materials required.

7. Adhere to the company 10-minute response, to a guest related maintenance request.

8. Schedule the meeting room air conditioning controls, in accordance with the daily conference meeting room list, to provide adequate comfort conditions.

9. All Eisi Hotel jobs are to be attended and investigated before re-assigning:

- Light bulb changes (including changing lamp shades)
- A/C (filters/noises/thermostat changes)
- T.V. (reprogramming/changing)
- Windows (handle replacement/silicone)
- Telephones
- BMS/Water readings/gas readings/Salt top-up
- Checking light bulbs from ground floor (restaurants, lobby, toilets etc.)
- Shower maintenance (changing silicone/toilet brush changes/toilet seat changes)
- Answering to Handyman calls/requests
- Changing keypads on safes
- Cleaning filter
