**Job description**

We are a Property Management Company based in Central London. The majority of our properties are located in SW and Central London

We have a self employed permanent contract available (Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30, with flexibility to working evening and weekend) for the maintenance of residential rental flats and buildings we manage.

What we require:

- Multi-skilled in trades like decorating, carpentry, tiling, plastering, basic electric and basic plumbing.
- You will have to have your own tools and your own transport.
- Good attitude, Time Keeping and good communication skills.
- Own public liability insurance and right to work in the UK
- Excellent spoken English and good written English
- An ability to work quickly with excellent quality and be able to work alone and as part of a team on some jobs.

Please note, This is a self employed position for a lettings agency.

Pay: £23.50-£24.00 per hour
