**Position**:
Fantastic opportunity to join Equip as **Product Management Assistant**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Research industry data, markets, sales, competitors as well as the external marketplace to deliver insightful information that will assist in identifying target consumers, customers, and product gaps for established as well as emerging markets
- Lead on SMU process & product opportunities as well as take ownership of other subcategories when required
- Assist with writing seasonal range and product briefs - Assist with a smooth two-way transition of information with marketing/sales/systems/ buying teams
- Clear and concise communication of range build and update information with a strong eye for detail
- Create and interpret internal reports to assist with product line management and decision-making process
- Main outputs from key internal stage gate/design meetings to be clearly documented, actioned, and distributed in conjunction with critical path deadlines
- Build excellent cross departmental relationships and improved processes to contribute to efficient ways of working

**Requirements**:
To join us as **Product Management Assistant** you must have:
**Essential**
- Experience of working in a similar role
- Experience of working as part of a busy cross functional team
- Affinity with technical products and brands
- Knowledge and passion for the outdoors and outdoor industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships
- Able to use Microsoft Office Software to an advanced level, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Able to pro-actively prioritise workload and manage own time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Desirable**
- Relevant Degree or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience of PLM systems, ideally NAV
