Working closely with customers, our bespoke chicken and turkey products offer creative and flavorsome lunchtime solutions, including street food-inspired dishes, superfood salads, hot and cold sandwiches and much more.

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for Factory Trainer to join the busy Human Resources team at the Poultry site.

The Purpose of the role is to work together with the Human Recourses team and Managers across the site to identify, monitor & maintain training requirements for Cranswick Country Foods Poultry.

The key elements of the role are to assume responsibility for:

- Organise and plan training delivery of internal H & S, Technical, Environmental & Procedural training with the area Managers in the factory
- Maintain training matrixes to enable clear monitoring to satisfy the requirements set out by customers’ standards and internal audits
- Collaborates with H & S, training team and departmental managers to improve the standard of current training procedures.
- To support with and run training sessions
- To compete training administration tasks ensuring all records are accurate
- Plan training for team members commensurate with the factory including regular refresher/update training as and when required
- Complete regular observations on training that has been delivered

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.27 per hour
