Factory Trainer (Maternity Cover)

Cranswick Country Foods Prepared Poultry is a specialty producer of delicious, cooked poultry ingredients and is a leading innovator in the industry. We create exciting, original products that meet the needs of today’s busy consumers. We are proud to have opened a brand new, purpose built, breaded chicken factory and have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team, as a Factory Trainer.

The key elements of the role are to assume responsibility for:

- Organise and plan training delivery of internal H & S, Technical, Environmental & Procedural training with the area Managers in the factory
- Maintain training matrixes to enable clear monitoring to satisfy the requirements set out by customers’ standards and internal audits
- Support departments in SOP creation process
- Collaborates with H & S, training team and departmental managers to improve the standard of current training procedures.
- To support with and run training sessions
- To compete training administration tasks ensuring all records are accurate
- Plan training for team members commensurate with the factory including regular refresher/update training as and when required
- Complete regular observations on training that has been delivered

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: £13.77 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
