**Factory Trainer**

**Kingston upon Hull**, **East Yorkshire**

**The Role**:
As a factory Trainer you will support in educating employee's in a multitude of areas. You will also support in developing the training programs and help others to further develop their skills to increase their knowledge & performance within Reckitt. In this role you'll:

- The ability to work in multiple departments across site supporting all factory trainers and cross skilling.
- Produce training schedules and classroom agenda including preparation of training material (presentations, worksheets etc).
- Work together with area owners to lead the implementation of training plan.
- Execute training sessions in groups and individually.
- Support line side development.
- Mentor relevant stakeholders on the company training standards.
- Work confidently with various stakeholders across Supply.
- Support with the implementation of new software’s across the department.
- Observe and evaluate results of training programs, whilst determining the overall effectiveness & making improvements when necessary.

**You’ll succeed if you have the following experience & qualifications**
- Strong People skills.
- Ability to influence at different levels within the organization.
- High agility in flexing to the company needs.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Ability to lead and manage various stakeholders.
- The ability to work cross functionally and support all factory trainers whilst cross skilling.
- Good use of IT skills.
