We are looking for a Shift Coordinator to oversee all operations Mon - Friday. This includes ensuring that the employees are happy, the company is running smoothly and all tasks have been completed. You'll need to provide clear direction to the employees, and must be able to identify and correct problems as soon as they arise. Additionally, the Shift Coordinator handles any unexpected setbacks that might occur and ensures that all employees are confident and comfortable in their work environments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a line of communication with all NHHS staff members during and after their shifts.
- Responsible for ensuring that the shift runs smoothly; this includes dealing with issues and requests from clients, staff members and management.
- Ensure that all high-priority tasks are being handled; this includes any emergencies or time sensitive issues.
- Help other staff members if they need help or have any questions or concerns; answer their questions and help them solve any issues they may be having.
- Record incidents and accidents on a log sheet during the shift.
- Be calm in difficult situations.
