Stansty House is a purpose built home within spacious grounds approximately 10 minute walk from the local train station and 1.6 miles from Wrexham’ market town Centre.
Stansty House is furnished to a high standard and equipped with the latest safety features along with very spacious lounges and dining rooms. We also have a spacious conservatory leading out to secluded gardens with green house, raised flowers beds and seating areas where residents can continue to enjoy the outdoors or meet family and friends.
Residents living quarters are primed to cater for 25 residential residents on the ground floor and 28 nursing on the first floor. Adjacent to the main building is a separate residence, which caters for 23 dementia care residents.
As a team, we aim to deliver a person centred approach for all our residents here at Stansty House. This facilitates purpose for the resident’s days and in turn increases their self-worth and self-esteem whilst creating a homely environment.
Here at Stansty House we are currently recruiting Part-time Activity Coordinator to support our residents to engage in activities. The post is Saturday & Sundays day shifts, hours negotiable.
Our management team strive to support new and established staff team members to promote staff development by providing;

**Your Key Responsibilities**:
- Promoting independence and personal dignity whilst providing the highest quality of care with respect to our residents.
- Supporting our residents daily with their preferred package of care, they request as detailed in their individualized care plan.
- Updating resident’s charts and daily notes to track their progress.
- Answer the nurse call system, giving assistance as required.
- Checking residents at regular intervals according to their care plan.
