**The Role**

The Digital Engineering Associate role is to assist Wood with a continuous digital drive to embrace innovative software and hardware solutions.

**Typical responsibilities**
- Creating / updating documentation as required in line with client engineering requirements
- Utilisation of software packages enabling the continued update and creation of 2D documentation, 3D designs, 3D models, digital twins, intelligent documentation etc
- Effective utilisation of digital engineering software and hardware tools
- Effective use of Information Management Systems and Content Service Platforms
- Participate in the undertaking of site surveys to include digital capture (laser scanning) and utilising innovative / emerging technology across our diverse global client locations
- Identify relevant technical documentation with guidance from Technical Specialists.
- Utilising innovative software and hardware solutions to solve modern age problems / challenges
- Delivering assigned scopes of work in line with contract Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and business objectives
- Efficiently working with / managing client data in a secure manner
- Actively participating in competency and training modules / tasks
- Interacting with multi-discipline engineering teams and departments
- Efficiently and accurately executing assigned work tasks to schedule / budget limitations
- Developing in accordance with agreed training / development plan.

**Skills And Qualifications**

**Expected**:
Grade 4 GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics

**Desirable**:

- A level (or equivalent) Grade B (or above)Suitable CAD knowledge or appropriate qualification.
