**Main Responsibilities**:

- Answer calls from customers and always remain attentive to ensure client satisfaction
- Develop strong knowledge across all brands and branches to ensure 5 star personalised service
- Grow sales through bookings and upselling
- Make recommendations and promote sales through product knowledge
- Stay informed of all upcoming events or offers
- Ensure effective and courteous communication
- Follow cash handling process when required

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Excellent communication and interaction skills
- Competent using and learning new computer softwares
- Confident and concise phone manner
- Enjoy building relationships
