We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team within the Revenue & Reservations department as Revenue Assistant.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- To assist the Director of Revenue in driving sales on all distribution channels of the hotel and to ensure that all sales are recorded accurately
- To assist the Director of Revenue in ensuring all hotel information and rates are loaded accurately in our PMS and other distribution channels as appropriate
- To assist the Director of Revenue to monitor and update the availability of room types and rates in all distribution channels used by the Ritz London and ensure rate parity is maintained
- Actively monitor competitor rates and activities in order to maximise the hotel’s revenue and maintain the competiveness of the Ritz product
**ENTRY REQUIREMENTS**
- Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
