**The difference you’ll make.**
- Managing relationship with stakeholders, internally and externally and manage and keep engagement for across the areas.
- Reporting service levels across all payment schemes to provide Run the Bank numbers and industry reporting as required
- Providing support on payment incidents, escalations, and complaints by using data to identify areas for improvement and risk reduction for Santander and its customers
- Ensuring best outcome to our customers and minimize any risk to the Bank on any activities involved or able to support.
- Analysing trends and volumes, and provide the data to management within Payment Ops and Payments CoE to shape the strategic activity of the area

**What you’ll bring.**
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of regulatory position and the impact to San UK Payments, specifically Chaps and International.
- In-depth knowledge of all payment types.
- Ability to produce, interpret and present MI to demonstrate performance/improvement of business area
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills; ability to work across functions and organisational boundaries

**What else you need to know.**

This is a 12 month secondment role and will be Monday-Friday based at home, with expectation to attend office with the team infrequently.

Team shift pattern can be between 0600-1930
