**Parts Coordinator, Poole, £28,000**
The **purpose** of this role
As a **Parts Coordinator** you'll be a vital part of the team reporting into the team leader, acting as a link between customers and various different departments within the business. Your role will be to deliver the highest level of customerservice, whilst ensuring a smooth process for the customers from start to finish.
As the **Parts Coordinator you'll be responsible for**:
- Providing customers with quotes and keeping them updated during the order process
- Ensuring all quotes and orders are inputted correctly
- Liaising with the sales teams to obtain order updates and promote follow up meetings
- Following up with internal stakeholders and keeping them updated with both quotations and deliveries
- Building and maintaining profitable customer relationships
**Skills & Experience**
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work within a team in a fast pace environment
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Good organisation skills
- Previous experience with reports or analysing information would be an advantage
