Role Overview: As an Installation Coordinator at Eco Home Group, you will be an integral part of our installations team, responsible for overseeing administration and customer service tasks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our installations are scheduled seamlessly, making sure each customer has an exceptional journey.

Are you the right person for the job?
- Previous experience as an installation coordinator or in a similar role
- Good organisational skills, including multitasking and time management.
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prepare schedules and step-by-step action plans
- IT literate

What will your role look like?
- Coordinate installation activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Scheduling surveys & installations
- Liaise with customers, colleagues, and contractors and assist with diary management
- Ensure customer’s needs are met as work proceeds and handle any issues that arise
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to installations.
- Use the company CRM systems to maintain comprehensive installation documentation
- Ensure standards and requirements are met throughout the installation
- Processing payments

Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
