**About the role**

The position will sit within our HR team, where you will provide an effective and efficient administrative support service to the HR Team. You will ensure the effective administration and delivery of (but not exclusively) managing the administrative systems, process and documentation relating to (but not exclusively) resourcing, learning and development, reward and general HR administration for all UK based colleagues.

**Key responsibilities**

Collate and process payroll related processes in a timely and accurate manner, and liaise with Payroll to resolve queries, referring complex issues to the UK HR Manager.

Ensure employee changes; terminations and new starter paperwork is submitted in a timely manner for payroll processing.

Assist in investigations relating to disciplinary/grievance matters including note taking.

First point of contact for administration processes regarding the full employee life cycle, adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, variation letters and any other letters.

Provide a comprehensive HR administration support service to the UK HR Team with specific focus on systems (manual and computerised).

Regular maintenance and systematic organisation of office filing systems, retaining documents, correspondence, and other records in line with Data Protection and GDPR Policies

Producing scheduled reports and ad-hoc reporting requests

Identifying and supporting the development of key HR initiatives

Lead the administration of all annual HR processes, including UK & global Pay Review, including Company bonus schemes. Completing accurate spreadsheets and calculations where relevant.

Maintaining a high level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive data.

Undertake any duties reasonably requested to meet team and business objectives.

**About you**

**Salary & benefits**:The salary for the position will be in the range of £21,000.00 - £25,000.00 dependent upon experience. In addition to your salary, you will also be included into our company bonus scheme (Group Staff Bonus & Profit Performance Bonus). Our Group Staff Bonus & Profit Performance Pay bonus scheme reinforces the Scott Bader principle of working together for a common goal and sharing in our successes.

**Pension**:We offer a generous contribution to your pension and dependant on your monthly commitment, we will contribute up to a maximum of 2x your contribution up to a maximum of 10%.

**Health**:We offer BUPA private medical insurance to all employees alongside Simply Health Cash Plan. There is also a Cycle to Work scheme and Employee Assistance Programme available to you.

**Holiday**:Your annual leave will be 25 days + Bank Holidays. There is also the opportunity to purchase an additional 5 day’s holiday in case you need a couple of extra days.

**Volunteering & Fundraising**:You will have one full day per year to complete volunteering work of your choice which will be paid. If you are thinking about fundraising for your favourite charity or local community event, we will happily match the funds that you have raised up to a maximum of £1000 in any one year.
