We're looking for a passionate and proactive HR Advisor to help shape the future of our team and company.

**Job Summary**

As an HR Advisor at CTDI, you'll play a vital role in the daily operations of our HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. This is a unique opportunity to provide expert advice and support to managers and employees, contributing to a positive and engaging workplace environment.

**Your Tasks**
- **Advisory Services**: Offer day-to-day HR advisory services to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and best practices.
- **Recruitment Process**: Assist in recruitment, from drafting job descriptions to carrying out interviews.
- **Onboarding Support**: Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure seamless integration.
- **Employee Relations**: Manage relations issues like conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.
- **HR Initiatives**: Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- **Legal Compliance**: Ensure compliance with employment laws and keep HR policies updated.
- **Training**: Conduct training sessions to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Collaborate with the HR team on strategic projects and improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications / Personal Attributes**
- Experience in an HR advisory or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills and discretion with sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
