This role will be responsible for handling digital communications across a range of the company’s digital platforms and website. You will be involved in advertising as well as more technical aspects involving coding the website and Company Intranet.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Planning and executing of all digital marketing, marketing database, websites, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Assist in designing, building and maintaining our company website, intranet and social media platforms
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals
- Identify trends and insight and optimise speed based on the insight
- Help develop and create new and creative growth strategies
- Collaborate with relevant teams to optimise user experience
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Help prepare, deliver and monitor online marketing campaigns
- Employ marketing techniques to gather important data (Social media, web analytics, ranking, etc.)
- Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media account presence in the market
- Design social media posts and video/animations and present to the team.

**Skills required for the position**:

- Proven experience in Digital Marketing
- Knowledge and ability to create graphics (Adobe Suite)
- Knowledge of SEO and PPC
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Strong organisational skills
- Able to execute ideas through brainstorming
- Web knowledge and programming
- Excellent written English and communication skills to be able to create content for social media platforms, blogs and website content.
- Experience of analysing marketing data, and acting on the conclusions.
