**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in the preparation of financial documents using Sage for invoicing and bookkeeping purposes.
- Organise and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to information.
- Support clerical duties such as typing correspondence, filing documents, and managing office supplies.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computerised systems including Sage and Microsoft Office is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
