Mpeople are excited to be recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for our client who are a manufacturing company based in **Glossop**.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business.

**Salary**: maximum £24,000

**Hours of work**: 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

Free onsite parking

Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator who is driven and motivated and has the ability to learn and pick up new process’s.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer interactions**: Answering customer phone calls, responding to inquiries and helping customers complete orders
- **Record keeping**:Maintaining customer records, service tickets, and other information
- **Problem solving**:Finding solutions when products are unavailable, and escalating issues to the appropriate person
- **Reporting**:Providing reports as needed, and informing management of any requirements
- **Teamwork**:Collaborating with colleagues, participating in team meetings, and supporting the organization's governance
- **Professional development**:Taking on-the-job and external training, and continuing to develop professionally

**Experience**:

- Previous Sales Order Processing experience
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well organised
- Ability to work as part of a small team
- Computer literate, ERP Software and MS Office
- Experience of using an MRP system
