Customer Service Administrator

We’re hiring for a **Customer Service Administrator** to join a well-established manufacturer at their site in **Hadfield, Glossop**.
In this role, you’ll be part of a busy customer service team, liaising with clients, installation teams, and project managers to ensure smooth order processing, query resolution, and excellent service delivery.
**What’s on offer?**

- Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Early finish on Fridays (3:30 pm)

**What will you be doing as a Customer Service Administrator?**
- Processing orders from plans, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met
- Resolving customer complaints and arranging replacement parts
- Managing diaries and scheduling installations in line with timeframes
- Managing customer accounts, handling queries, and coordinating with internal departments
- Following up on customer enquiries to ensure complete resolution
- Assisting with general office administration as required
