We are looking to recruit an experienced customer service advisor to join our busy Pallet Network transport team to ensure our customers receive the highest levels of customer service.

4S Distribution provide a range of specialist and palletised transport services for its customers throughout the UK and Europe. As a member of the Palletforce network, The UK and Europe's leading pallet network, we have access to over 120 depots throughout the UK. We provide next day and economy delivery options for palletised freight.

Main Duties and Responsibilities.
- To deliver an outstanding level of customer service to our clients within the Palletforce network.
- Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and depots to ensure issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Working with the Palletforce portal to ensure all customer deliveries are meeting service levels and proactively keep our customers informed.
- Ensure POD's and paperwork is completed correctly.
- Supporting the planning team to enable routing of vehicles.
- Debriefing drivers at the end of their shift.
- Have experience working in the Transport industry particularly Pallet Networks.
- Have a positive can-do attitude towards customers.
- Competent IT skills.
- Be a team player that is willing to go the extra mile.
- Demonstrate a calm manner in their approach to work.
- Experience in the movement of goods into EU
- Have an eye for attention to detail.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday hours to be agreed

**Experience**:

- Transport office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service
