**Position**:
The primary purpose of this role is to manage the completion process within the Specialist Mortgages Department.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications/Experience**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment within a commercial mortgage department
- At least 2 years’ experience in a completions, servicing or collections role
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential.

**Other information**:

- To provide accurate and detailed instructions to our panel solicitors, ensuring they are provided with all information they require - such as level of legal diligence, independent legal advice requirements and any other specific instructions to enable cases to complete promptly.
- To be the main point of contact for brokers and solicitors during the legal process, building excellent relationships, regularly chasing and updating all parties to ensure the end customer receives excellent customer service
- To review all legal correspondence from solicitors, providing responses on behalf of the Bank or referring where the matter requires credit/underwriting input
- To liaise with surveyors to obtain any necessary information during the legal process
- To meet divisional service level agreements
- To be accountable for the verification of the KYC and AML requirements, signing these off before completion.
- To ensure all documentation received after offer are satisfactory to meet the Bank’s lending requirements
- To ensure all data held on origination system is of the highest quality for accurate reporting and future engagement with our customer
- To endeavour to meet customers’ expectations for completion, requesting funds through the required mechanism from finance and releasing funds promptly once all needs have been met.
